Laura Reyda is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. She has been in private practice in Oneonta since 2011. She earned a master’s degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2011 and a massage therapy certificate at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2002. Laura co-founded Project Buena Vista, a nonprofit organization whose mission is rainforest conservation. She leads groups of practitioners to the Peruvian Amazon to provide free medical care to underserved communities. She combines acupuncture, massage therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and exercise techniques to help the people in our community and abroad to feel better in their bodies, minds and spirits.
